Having endured excruciating neuropathic pain in my hands for three years following surgery for cervical stenosis and finding no relief from meds I have finally got the pain clinic to arrange Botox injections in my arm and hand next week. Has anybody had these injection and were they effective. Thanks for any feedback.

Cervical stenosis is the caused by Vit b12 deficiency also the neuropathy of hands & feet .Sadly today there is an epidemic of misdiagnosis both my husband & I b12 levels were in normal range our neuro symptons like memory loss,in continence falls, anxiety, ringing ears fatigue,,painful feet were ignored.View Youtube "Diagnosing & Treating Vitamin B12".Our life saving book is "Could it be B12 ?" To think all the suffering & nerve damage can be prevented by a simple vitamin for without can cause permanent disability & death. The following Blood tests are recommended Serum & active B12 ,folate, ferritin, iron,MMA ,Vitamin D,homocysteine. If b12 is <500 than immediate supplementation is required.
Thanks for your response. In fact I have taken B 12 supplements for many years. I was diagnosed with stenosis due to severe arthritis causing compression on the nervous system and I had a lamenectomy operation which released the compression and prevented likely paralysis in my legs but unfortunately was too late to prevent the nerve damage in my hands. I never had any of the symptoms you describe. I live in France where blood tests are a routine thing every year for most possible diseases.
