The pain in my toe

i want to know how i can ease the excrusciating pain in my toe, the smallest toe, im in pain for almost seven years, i need an advise please. Thanks

Hi Gilvert. Have you had it looked at by a medical professional? Is it swollen and red hot and feeling stiff? Could be gout, arthritis, infection or injury. Have you tried strapping two toes together to keep the painfull one straught? Would special inner soles help. Have you tried ice pack under the foot to relieve pain? Do you walk on the outside of your feet? It could be refered pain from somewhere else in that foot. Youve had it for a long time now so you need to ask your docter for ex ray or scan as you can no longer manage the pain. Keep on untill he does something as its about time you had a diagnosis. X
