Did you do anything to it or did it just start?
Sounds like it could be carpel tunnel? Check with your doctor.
May seem like a crazy suggestion... But try eating a banana a day. I used to get leg cramps all the time, started to eat a banana a day, I think it's the potassium in them, it helps. Not saying it will for you... But worth a try? I love bananas

Are you taking an Osteoporosis drug by the name of Evista? If so it could be this. Otherwise have you injured your hand recently? knocked it? Twisted it without realising it?
