CRPS and dizziness

I have had a rough few days with feeling dizzy and just wanting to sleep 24/7. Not sure if its the meds or a bug or just part for having CRPS. I have been coming off hydro-morph very slowly but haven't changed the dose for over a week now. Anyone got any ideas on how to stop this dizziness ?

hi Chawner, I have no experience of hydro-morph, but have just had a bug that left me dizzy, tired & nauseous (but not vomitting.)

have you spoken to your g.p.?

Yes I did two weeks ago and she didn't examine me but told me I had a bug.I felt a little better after a week but only for two day then my neck was sore and I lost my voice for two days and then the dizziness started. I have felt sick also but no vomiting
