Goitre anyone?

I've just been diagnosed with a multinodular goitre on my thyroid. It presses on my windpipe and is very uncomfortable. Has anyone else got one of these? Has anyone had an operation to remove the nodules and/or the thyroid? I don't know anyone else with one and would welcome any replies.

Hi,there is an excellent forum on healthunlocked called Thyoid UK.i think you will get a better response posting on there.I am a member as I have an overactive thyroif and the admins are very knowledgeable on all thyroid matters x

no idea but there is a thyroid forum - have you tried asking there.

if you look under...my communotoes and trype in thyroid the group will come up.
