You probably have heel spurs. Go see a good foot surgeon. Love and blessings to you
If it is very painful when your first step on it but then eases slightly it may be fasciitis in your heel.
Gel insoles and stretching helps but it can go by itself. Get a doctors appointment to see what it is.
If it is plantar fasciitis then it can go into both feet. I had it for around six months, really not nice
