Uncontrolled arm movement

I've suffered nerve pain for some time now I've started having uncontrolled arm movements it's distressing to say the leace I've lost control and smashed so many mugs plates even lost my lunch with this has anyone else had this and what is it many thanks elvis67

Yes I was diagnosed with RDS after three surgeries on right wrist/hand and two on the left hand/wrist. They both started with gangillion cyst. The pain management clinic dagnosed me after all kinds of test. Its been three years I now do most everything with left hand . right hand is not trustworthy. Hope this helps .

Are you pressing on a nerve? If you have two nerves controlling a set of muscles and one nerve malfunctions because of pressure on it, then one set of muscles will cease to work and the other set of muscles will work in an unexpected way.

It is worth getting checked out by a McTimony Chiropractor. Also it is worth getting lessons from an Alexander Teacher.
