Pain in shoulder and arm

I've been suffering from severe pain in my shoulder arm and elbow for months now I've had mri ultra sound and x rays nothing as ready shown up my forearm is wasting away waiting to see an neurologist for test any body else had these symptoms

Good luck with the neurologist, I hope they find what the problem is, or perhaps eliminate what the problem isn't. Sometimes that can be just as useful.

There is so much that can cause a problem like that, and pain is a funny thing, it can be referred pain so you feel it in a different place to where it is being caused for instance. When ever I have problem in my elbow and hand, I know that it is the muscles in my neck that are misbehaving!

I had similar issues and all the tests for my shoulder came back fine apart from oa. It was my neck causing my pain. Have you had a mri on your neck x

I was the same. It took them over a year to decide to say it could be my neck. Are you under a msk team? I'd ask for one on your neck. I still struggle daily with my arms. Nerves are trapped in my neck x

Not msk but waiting to see neurologist I'll will ask for mri on neck thanks .x
