Suggests that pain is caused by something physical on the right side of the body. Pressure on it causes pain. No pressure on it no pain.

Paralysed may not mean that you have no muscle function as there are spinal reflexes. Muscular activity due to spinal reflexes etc may have a bearing on the pain.

Hope this helps.

My area of expertise is how muscle action can cause pain. This is an area that is neglected by the medical profession.

I can only suggest you find out who the local chiropractors, massage therapists, yoga teachers and Alexander teachers are in your area, These are the people you need to see for advice and practical solutions.

You are gojng to need to network with people to determine who are good and not so good.

Sometimes what works for one person will not work for another. It is a very much a suck it and see and gain the relevant experience in the meantime.

I do not have much knowledge on strokes so advice is difficult.
