A very happy New Year to you Bob,Hazel and Pax. I am suffering with jet lag I arrived back from Hong Kong yesterday so I will be going to bed early

Hi me again this time no pain issues but just to say Happy New Year to all the Healthunlocked web site and every one who uses the web site. I have been off work since 2007 and I know deep down if it had not been for the web site and the people who have or symptoms the same as mine, they have helped me no end I still get pain but I was luck enough to attend a Pain Clinic in Ross on Wye Herefordshire this is the closest one to me so after getting to know the people on the course with me it was a breath of fresh air. Why you ask well they had different pain and medical conditions than me but we helped each other, if someone was in a lot of pain and pacing did not work a friendly voice on the end of the phone worked wonders to take your mind of the pain and have a few good moments. In the new year I am going to see if there is somewhere that I could volunteer to go and visit elderly people and give them something to look forward to each week. I may be have a couple of days a week to offer we will see. I must not forget my Grandchildren who I sometimes have to collect from school, I am sure I could get a couple of days free. ANY WAY HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE WHO KNOWS ME AND IS A MEMBER OF THIS FANTASTIC WEB SITE.
