Has anyone used Oxybutynin for hyperhydrosis? I suffer really badly on my face and head. I read that this can be used.

The medication is for urine problems etc
The condition is excessive sweating
Looking into this I do not know the reason why you are on this tablet, although I am not a GP so your GP will know the reasons for above You will need to bend to His knowledge

I read about it on this site and mentioned it. So tried it and its working! Very dry mouth, but that I can deal with. Being nearly dry is amazing after only 4 days!
Ive just been prescribed this for the side effects which stops sweating.I've had no bad reaction and find it has improved my condition by 80%.Also got my son-in-law on it and he thinks it great.
