We are currently recruiting for our Listeners and Readers Panel. Would you be interested in helping us to make our information as helpful and informative as possible?

As part of the Panel you will listen to audio files, give us feedback on interviews, read occasional information leaflets and articles. You will help us to ensure that the information produced is accessible to our service users by highlighting any terms you find unclear and commenting on the helpfulness of the information. We always strive to provide the best service, and your feedback can help us make sure that we do so.

I live with pain, wake-up with pain, suffer pain all day till I sleep. Reasons: A combination of Sciatica(caused by 4 Disc prolapses at L2-L3, L3-L4, L4-L5 and L5-S1.) and severe Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy from the small of the back, down the thighs, both legs, shin, calves. ankles, feet and toes. It stings, burns,pulls and aches all days at various levels of intensity. I do not take pain killers. A Type II diabetic of age 74, for almost 25 years. But my sugar levels are under control with insulin shots, Can you help? Or am I a hopeless case?
