Can De Quervan's release (tendonitis operation) be done at the same time as sesamoidectomy? (Hand not foot)

I have both on one hand, and just tendonitis on the other. (All from using crutches for a few weeks in February!) Will the surgeon do both operations at once on one hand? He has said he wants to do both De Quervan's releases at once.
