Am back after tests, more to get done....

Hi folks,

Am back.... got good news today, I've not had a stroke. They are not sure whats causing the weakness to left side. So, to get more tests done. I had a ultrasound done to my neck today, no blockage there. Am waiting to get CT scan done on Brain, hopefully get this done very soon. So ye that's took a lot off my mind.

But, am still puzzled to what's causing the weakness to my left side.

Am glad the stroke has been ruled out.

Lets hope these other tests get done very soon....

I have changed my name now I am borderriever, just to confuse things, as I am now raiding castles and fortified barns on the English Scottish borders.

You have had this before in the past, I was getting problems in the neck blood supply that was causing collapse a while ago, it was a narrowing of the main arteries in the neck.

Since taking statins etc it seems to have stopped as they thin the blood, Are you getting on a bit like me, something too try

Am glad they have ruled out a stroke, but what is confusing me and them, is what's causing my left side to keep going limp...

So a CT scan is to be done, I have been told not to drive....as the last twice that I have, my left side totally lost feeling....

Ultrasound on neck came back clear, which is good news....

Just to wait on this CT scan to be done, hopefully its soon....

I have the same you. Left side pain and weakness. All the scan was normal. Now I've been diagnosed with CONVERSION DISORDER. I had to read about it on the internet. Hope ur u get yours sorted
