Well I came home knacked then off to my bed after taking 2 cocodamol pills had 40 mins of sleep now up and the old legs are still sore hope that they ease soon and not go that heavy way like weights just above my ankles .at least the sun has come out here in glasgow.

Hi Pirate185, I promised my GP I would try Cocodamol for 6 six weeks, been taking them 18 days, no pain relief and now getting migraines. Not had a migraine in 20 years The sun was shining earlier - a little overcast now - but hey no rain

Shining over here too - just 30 miles away. I won't say it was snowing half hour since!

Been sitting in the greenhouse which is warm, comfortable and relaxing. Good therapy

Hi Rowantree as for me I have done my 4 hour shift started at 6am and finnished at 10am,and would you believe it the sun is out. As I have took my pills and put my Tens machine on I will go down and sit in the garden and enjoy the sun I will probably fall asleep though. Hope that you have a good day as well.

Well it is sunny and I don't work weekends so that's lovely. But my thumbs hurt so much, even with the splints on, I can't even hold my book. Sad.
