Hi Ruth,

If your O.C was to come back in one year, does that mean that it would be a grade 4? perhaps the operation was not as succesfull i.e tumours left behind, whith chemo first and then operation and more chemo, or just chemo and hopefully surgery, the reason I am asking is my Mum has a friend who has O.C for four years and it came back after one year, and she now has had her O.C come back 3 of those 4 years and has had to have Chemo each of those times, would this also be classed as cronic O.C? and could she have a longer spell of remisson in the future?
