I am 72 today! The stoma is settling, the backache is tolerable (just) it is not actually raining, symptoms are minor, it is not raining, I am going to see my friend who has Parkinsons, that always reminds me how lucky I am, then I am meeting a friend for lunch, my gradsons are ringing when I get home from school and 21 of us are going to wagamama for Japanese noodles tonight! Life is very good today and that is enough for now!

Hi Margaret
Glad you enjoyed your day... Hope you liked the poem I wrote for you.... (on a separate blog)..and your 72 smiley faces on this blog..LOL it took me longer to do the smilies than it did to write the poem haha. X G X
Belatedly, but very sincerely, Happy Birthday! And I hope for more for you. No Surrender!!!
Thank-you all! No Surrender indeed Chrissie! My son says that, when Leeds Medical School gets my remains I'll be sitting up on the slab telling them they are not doing it right! LOL! Mind you they are not getting it yet if I can help it! Off to let the soroptimists see one can live and be well with cancer!
