Dipping my toe or straight in the deep end?

This morning I'm off to the local leisure for an over 50s exercise group. By all accounts they're pretty active with swimming, zumba and all sorts. Hope I'm able to keep up... and that the swimsuit survives the sudden shock. I'll let you know how I get on.

Good for you, enjoy! love Sue x

Had a terrific morning. First of all a session of circuits followed by a cup of tea and a biscuit. Then a session of ten pin bowling and finally a swim and some time in the spa enjoying the jacuzzi and sauna - all for £2.60!!!

I'll definitely be back next week.

See, it's not all bad being over 50!! I've just started the over 50's swimming and dragging my husband along when he's off shift. Loving it.

Love Chris x x

P.S. like the tea and biscuit break

Good for you! Yes, the tea and biscuits is very civilised.

There is a recent piece of research by Macmillan, can't remember what it's called --- something about Move it?..... it said that people who had cancer recover better and have less recurrence if they exercise, so well done! It will probably be on their site if you type in to the search box.

Keep movin' forwards! ;-)

Love Wendy xx
