I am new to the forum, my daughter has been on. I have 6 rounds of chemo and then operation very large, scar but couldn’t take everything, so nothing was taken. I am now going to take chemo tablets only how is this, very upset and in pain from stomach still. Will go for 2nd opinion at some point. Do the work is there anyone will just tablets.

Hi there, Just thought I'd reply. Although I haven't been put on any tablets, I know chemo can be delivered in tablets. Are you in the UK? If so, it might be an idea to call Macmillan and ask questions. 0808 808 0000. It's a free number and they will find someone who can answer who will then call you back. hello and welcome. Do you know which tablets you will be taking?

I’m on tablets but they are not chemo tablets but they do a similar job. They are called parps . They shrunk my cancer that spread to my peritoneal. New treatments are being used in addition to chemo and surgery . Hope this helps .
