hi ladies, just to let you know I had my first chemo on Wednesday and despite feeling tired today am feeling ok, so far! Looking at the lovely weather and wishing I had the energy to get out and about, but trying to listen to my body. Next chemo in a month. Take care all and enjoy the sunshine xx joanie

Well done Joanie. The energy will come in its own sweet time. I know at that stage it can be a bit frustrating, feeling like you should be doing more, but you're right to listen to your body.Hope you have a nice view from your window.

Hi Joanie. You should perk up after a few days. Keep using moisturizer on your feet and hands for at least a week. Take care. Xx

Hi joanie12, Hope you can maybe sit in the shade and have a snooze and enjoy the fresh air. Whatever you do just chill and relax, wishing you all the best xxx.
