Hey lovely… don’t forget, “no news is good news”, as they say… of course you’re worried, the waiting is the worst bit of all this! Call your team, they will not mind at all… sending hugs! Xxx

hi Cazy, I’m 2 weeks post op and waiting for my results too - it’s hard as your mind goes to the worst! But my consultant said it can take 4 weeks as they will test and retest to make sure you get the right results. So hopefully not too much longer for you. Sending you a hug and fingers crossed for a good result for you xx

don’t ask yourself, ask the hospital why you have not hAd a result and explain how stressed you feel. Limbo is always difficult. Best wishes, Emma x

Easier said than done I know, but please try not to worry. Remember we've had NHS strikes recently and this is slowing things down x

Easy to say when you’ve been there already but don’t drive yourself insane with what ifs; what does/can it change-nothing; will the end result/appointment be any different-no. I was nearly eight weeks post op before I got my staging appointment as there were pathology delays. Hang in there xx

I'm so sorry you have to wait so long for results. Try and hold on to the surgeon's words that they suspect it to be 1C......I know that it isn't definitive but 1 anything is great news. Keep pressing and calling for results - every day! Hang in there.....

Please call the surgeon’s office and ask. I don’t think it means anything one way or the other. I’m in the US where things move quickly but it still took three weeks to get all the pathology results from surgery. Xx

Hi CazPlease give your team a call. I had the number for the specialist nurses who worked alongside my consultant.

They did tell me that they will have a MDT meeting first to discuss a plan before they call you with results.

Have they given you any idea when this will be? My discharge paperwork had the estimated date of results on it x
