waiting for biopsy results

hi does anyone remember how long it took to receive biopsy results, after ovarian cyst and Fallopian tube removal

Two weeks from op to receiving the phone call with the results for me last year

mine was 6 weeks .. but bilateral salpingo oopherectomy. was performed on 23rd Dec last year. I came outnof hospital Christmas eve. so had a delay Christmas and new tearc. and each region seems to be different.. Good luck... x

2 weeks for me, including a bank holiday. And that was 16 years ago when there was less pressure on the labs and other resources.

Hi. I had my biopsies done privately (nhs waiting list was too long and I was anxious to know). I also had removal of ovaries and fallopian tubes. I received the results by telephone 5 days later, on 11th December 2021. Treatment (chemo) started 5 weeks later (NHS). Hope you get your results quickly.
