Hi Ladies, for some reason I’m no longer able to just search Ovacome. When I do use search it is now broadened and I can only find men with prostrate issues using Keytruda….
I turn to all of you for any experiences with either of these and Ovarian cancer. Im starting Keytruda this week an infusion then will start Lenvima an oral chemo in about a month. I’ll call this my 4th line chemo combo.🤞🏻

That’s odd. I just checked to see if I can still search posts, and I can. Don’t know if rebooting phone would help. But I wish you the best with the Keytruda and your new chemo combo.
Once the results of your search are shown, you should see to the right a link saying “filter results.” Click on that and you should be able to select “my communities” which will give you just posts which have been posted on Ovacome.
Thank you very much for your post. I’m sorry to read that you are having difficulties searching the forum. I can see that you have had a number of very helpful responses already, but please do let us know if you are still having some issues. We would be very happy to search on your behalf and share the links with you if that would be helpful.

Hello - I’ve been on Keytruda (alone) for three months. (Dx: S2b G1 endometrioid ovarian cancer & S1a uterine cancer (synchronous primary cancers))
After surgery, I had six rounds of carbo/taxol, but unfortunately there was progression while I was on chemo. My tumors have the dMMR/MSI-H mutation, so the dr suggested trying Keytruda. Had CT after three infusions, and I’m grateful to say that there was about 30% reduction in tumor size. Plan is for three more Keytruda treatments (I have only one more to go) and, if the tumor decrease continues, stop Keytruda after #6 and follow with radiation.
Thanks be to God, I’ve tolerated the Keytruda well so far. Infusions are quick with no premeds. Main side effects have been nausea (most days, usually controlled with Rx meds); vomiting (once); itching (maybe half the time, intermittently, and controlled with OTC meds); knee stiffness; and fatigue. Much easier than chemo.
I hope your treatment is successful and that you feel good throughout.
