Why do I continue to have day and night sweats after op, chemo, taxol and avastin

I think this is common. Mine passed eventually. I believe the drugs upscuttle your hormone balance for a while. Best wishes x

If you’re post menopausal I think that the removal of the ovaries takes away any slight remaining oestrogen the ovaries may have been secreting and triggers hot sweats. I know I had the joy of a second lot of menopause symptoms post surgery and chemo. I’m sure it will improve for you. Take care and stay safe ❤️xx Jane

At 74 I would have thought I would be by post menapausal however app in May will ask

I was told Avastin can cause night sweats. I have them for at least 3 to 4 days after treatment severe ones ........they leave me freezing cold and have to take a hot shower for 20 min then I can fall back asleep ............crazy stuff we go through
