All clear

Well ladies, after waiting 8 weeks for an appointment for the results of my CT, 2 days before it I received a letter saying it was all clear..followed by a phone call on the appointment day telling me not to go as scan clear and am now discharged 😀.

Obviously I am so pleased with the result 🍾🍾 but must say am slightly miffed it has taken them so long to tell me ( especially with 3 text reminders telling me how much a wasted appointment cost is !).

I wish to thank you all for your wonderful input into this forum which has helped me over the last 5 years. I wish you all well with your future treatments etc. I am now going on another road having had genetic testing for a different cancer and been found positive for the gene ☹️☹️ (It never rains!!).

Thank you Solange. I have something to keep smiling for this year as I am going to become a Gt Granny!! I will be getting yearly checks for my other problem (SDHA gene). but it is quite rare so not overly worried, got my first appointment on Tuesday. More concerned/guilty about my boys who are waiting for their test..😬. I intend to keep looking in on my ‘virtual friends’
