Greetings all from a very sunny and hot lanzarote. Sun and holidays really are a good tonic even if I have ended up with prickly heat rash!!! On the upside given me the bug for another one. All about making memories. Keep fighting ladies xx

Enjoy. You deserve it!!!! I find antihistamines keep my prickly heat away when I'm away and I always use an anti allergy sun cream.

Wonderful photo. What a tonic!

They mention sun sensitivity as a side effect with Niraparib . I’m on Niraparib & off to Jordan soon . Did you have to cover up & use Fsctor 50 ? Aloe Vera sounds a good tip .

Wore a hat which I do usually anyway, had factor 30 on and some parts 50. Of it was any hotter I would have used 50. X

Looks wonderful. I've just come back from Poland where the weather wasn't quite as good as Lanzarote. Seeing the concentration camps gave me a different perspective on life.

That is post card beautiful! So glad you are enjoying (sorry about the rash) and thank you for reminding us to take some time out from other things--especially thoughts that hardly ever leave my (and our) minds. Have a long weekend booked at a beach hotel in a few weeks. And a longer one a couple of months after that. I do always wonder if I should make the plans worrying I might need treatment, but you have given me confidence to do it! ENJOY. oxoxox Judy

I will be better prepared next time for rash! We defo need time out. Hardly ever thought about “it” this week, just normal me. Been in sun and a few drinks just normal. I wondered about making plans but then thought, sod it, things to look forward to drive me on. And there is always insurance. Home today and next holiday will be booked for November by Wednesday!!

It looks gorgeous! I’m on a long awaited trip to Italy that I was wary of taking. I was having twinges in my abdomen but I figure 12 days isn’t going to make a huge difference. Life has to be worth living! I think it’s great that you’re booking your next holiday when you get home. Xo
