Happy Christmas

To all my lovely friends I wish you a very happy Christmas and a happy and where possible a healthy New Year.

I think often of the lovely ladies we have lost and hope their families are able to remember them with love and fondness as we do at this festive time. I truly hope 2019 brings good things for us all and my main wish for the coming year is that all our treatments work, that diagnosis is made earlier and that a cure can be found for our disease.

I found the picture of this teal tree on the good old interweb and thought it quite apt for us.

What a lovely message, Jane. I hope it all comes true. Like you I reflect on those we have lost but I also reflect on the great spirit of strength and hope in our community. Go, ladies - you are all stars. And not forgetting our families, carers and supporters.

Thank you and many happy returns to you. Yes we have lost some of the ladies but we must keep on keeping on. Raise awareness when we are able and hopefully in time this disease will no longer have the power to destruct us.
