My mom missed her last week's chemo due to her diarrhoea was hospitalised for some time noene back home was fine till yesterday but has developed severe dizziness and weakness is it ok or I should again contact her oncologist and get her admitted please help

I’m sorry your mum is feeling weak and dizzy. Personally I would give them a ring even just to put your mind at rest or for advice. X

Thanks I called them they gave her cinnarazine don't know the reason for dizziness though

Could just be fall in bloods that can make you dizzy. I’m glad she’s got sorted, and hope she feels better soon x

There are many reasons for dizziness while on chemo....iron deficiency was mine. Try not to worry but do ask for guidance from the Onc team xx

Thanks lyndy .Her haemoglobin level was 9.6 gms maybe some other cause generalized weakness

Yes she has iron deficiency anemea her in was 8 gsm hopefully she will feel better with blood transfusion and iron therapy
