My feet won't wake up

Hi I have neuropathy this was caused by sepsis while I was put in an induced coma for more than 5 months I spent 280 days in ITU due to sepsis which caused me to have necrotizing fasciitis and multiple organ failures my end of life was planned 5 times it all started with a fever that turned sepsis in hospital after the doctors couldn't recognise that it was sepsis I'm one of the 15% who are immune to a lot of the antibiotics so it took a considerable amount of time for the consultants to see which antibiotics were for me they tested all antibiotics from A to Z each time in resulting in putting me in an induced coma because they're necrotising fasciitis was getting into my fat this all happened in 2016 I left hospital after 18 months I was there I am healthy alhamdulillah compared to when I was in hospital nearly one year ago I know I'm able to sit in my wheelchair bathe in a commode and use the toilet in the commode but have problems walking I cannot move my feet I have no feelings down from my ankle, my feet are constantly cold, I need to get walking even more mobile than I am now

Have you had a referral to a specialist physiotherapist? If not, I would ask for one.
