For those not on Instagram, I just want to let you know Clare's husband Richard noted her funeral is this Friday 6th October at 12pm, and that we might want to think of her. He also posted the most wonderful photo of them both, I wish I had saved it to post here before my 'self-imposed' social media fast. Perhaps one of the other ladies on here might be so kind? It was such a lovely photo, they were both laughing and just looked so content.
He said that he feels Clare is still around, and when in doubt thinks 'What Would Clare Do' and noted that she was always so positive, which she was. I will bear this advice in mind as I feel my way forward in the coming days, weeks, months, years. Clare will always hold a special place in my heart ❤️
In case anyone is interested, I asked what the situation was regarding the funeral, knowing Clare's love of her garden and flowers, but Richard said donations were welcome to either Ovacome, or St Margarets Hospice, where Clare was cared for well. I have googled and have place the link below, as I know she was based in Somerset.

This is just for info, but I'm sure wherever she is Clare would smile at us thinking of her, and celebrating her life on Friday, for the kind, open-hearted, generous, warm person that she was ❤️
