I just had my 4th taxol today and ca125 up they were 287 last week now 347 please has anybody had that but then went down got myself in a statexxx

They are not monitoring my CA 125 as it was only 67 at diagnosis. I am not very pleased about this though. I think I would have pestered the chemo helpline or the Onc's secretary or the CNS for some answers. I have read a post saying the numbers went up and then down again but I can't remember what chemo they were on.

I don't have this experience but you need to speak to your team, I'm sure if they were concerned they'd have discussed it with you but given that you are concerned you need to ask them questions if only for some peace of mind.

Hi Frisco, don't worry about no-one who has had a similar experience replying, it is very strangely quiet on here the past week. I'm sure I've read past posts that would have carried positive news.

Yes, I my ca skyrocketed from 350 to 997 on my second treatment (I was in a state but Dr. wasn't)...and then it went progressively back down. I just finished (yesterday) with my six treatments of carbo/taxol and my ca is 10.4.

Talk to your team and I am hoping the same ca decline for you!
