To Nicky-sorry I lost your thread but I have just watched you on TV catchup and must congratulate you on being so brave to be filmed and raising the awareness of OC and the problems associated with it including the availability of drugs on the NHS.
It was also fantastic the way your fiancé praised the NHS in spite of everything as well as the support he has given you .
Take care and I wish you well xxxx

Hello, and thank you. You can see the thread on my profile here healthunlocked.com/ovacome/.... and watch the documentary on iplayer. I just hope that the film and story raised so e awareness for us ladies and also access to much-needed drugs.
Thank you for your kind message and reaching out.
I do hope you are doing well?
Thank you for your lovely message and thank you to all you amazing women out there who continue to inspire and help me daily.
I can't always pick up on Health Unlocked as sometimes I have elderly parental duties to see too and this means no internet access!!
Anyway, I used catch-up to watch the Hospital programme. I agree with Howick01 about how brave you and also your fiance were in promoting awareness of oc, issues in dealing with it, along with need for more treatments and availability of them, via NICE, on the NHS.
I'm sure that it hit many oc ladies emotionally; it certainly did me. I felt quite tearful, for you, your partner and for all oc ladies. Then hey-ho I pulled myself together, like we do, and pushed the emotions to one side. We battle on. We all wish you well xxx
