Just a bit of an update. For anyone who can't remember us, my wife was diagnosed with the rare germ cell variant in late October. Had "the op" and three rounds of BEP chemo, which finished about 7 weeks ago.
We had a phone call yesterday to tell us that after a review of scans and as a result of My wife's blood results they now feel that an extra operation (which was planned and booked in) isn't going to be needed.
So, she's on follow-up and will be seen in two months!
We're absolutely delighted as you can imagine. Fingers crossed we get equally good news in a couple of months and then its onwards and upwards!

So pleased to hear your news. I was diagnosed in 2014 with ovarian cancer and operated on to remove and debulk . Anyway it's now 2017 and lm now on a yearly follow up. Fingers crossed that things continue well for us all. Best wishes for a complete recovery.
