Pregnant, thyroid cancer, ovarian stage...with 6 months to live..
That's so sad.Is there nothing that can be done?
How shocking after waiting so long to get pregnant. What treatment are you having? I wonder if you should seek a second opinion?
If you post again sweetheart with more details it will help the marvellous women here to offer you their advice. This is the first time I have replied to anyone, it is my sister who has been diagnosed and unable to cope, but I have found the ladies here such an informative and supporting group and I read everyday. My heart is breaking for you, I,m sure the others will be of great help. If you want to say, where about are you?. marie.
If you are able to to share and tell us a little more we can hopefully help you even if this is just a safe place for you to talk in a sharing, caring group.
Sending you prayers and virtual hugs. Thinking of you

Hi,😐 i have had a long journey with cancer,i have learned so much about it. Its ridiculous...i am in remission for ovarian cancer stage 4 ,tookchemotherapy 6 months ,once a month, my oncologists really had doubt of my recovery.. i took each treatment on my own ,at same time i was living with the devil, i was being abused through the whole process, i myself dont know where my strength comes from , im 51 now and have tumor in frontal lobe.. i have been demean in the most humiliating way . From my own husband... i drove myself to outpatient chemotherapy treatment then drive myself to a cheap motel for 3 days to let my immune build up . I couldn't be around my son or my father in law whom was 80 and always with colds... my doctor advised me to seclude myself to protect my immune..at same time i was ridicule, ridicule by Christians

Hi Lovelife65,
As the other ladies have said, this is a good site to find advice and encouragement from, ladies that have been through it all.
When you have the time site down and give more details as Marie said.
When I was first diagnosed, I was given not long I'm still here fighting on 3 years later.
I know we are not professionals but in the 3 years that I have been on this site I had some good advice and encouragement when I've needed it.
Also Love, do seek a second opinion, I did but went back to the original oncologist with a better understanding of her plain.
Hope we hear from you soon,
Love and best wishes Lorraine xx

Bloody hate this disease!!! That's awful. Is 6months definitive-can u call the Marsden or Christie? Throw yourself on their mercy & say anything, anything to save me & my child for as long as possible?
I cannot imagine the heartbreak for you right now. Those words that comforted me won't do, but know you have made me cry-you are loved I know, u make a huge difference to all your family & friends I know, & this community on line send prayers.
Hello Lovely,
We here are one big support group here! I support someone with cancer myself but ALL the ladies on this site are amazing! I would advise you if you're still with your husband to go to the police and see if they'll help you get rid of the git! NOBODY no matter who they are should have to put up with an absolute s**t face, I know it's easier said than done but for your own health you need to wash that c**p out of your life. Do you have any family near by where you can stay with your son? Or are there any charities that can help you?
Unfortunately I don't know much about the system in the USA? Due to spellings I assume that's where you are? Just please know that you're not alone and we all believe in each other on this site and will always answer any questions to the best of our abilities if we can't answer we'll advise you to speak to your cancer nurse or oncologist.
