I wanted to share the good news on my mother's condition and give hope to other ladies here.
She was diagnosed with ovarian cancer stage 4 in December 2019 (you can see her whole story in my first post). She had surgery and 6 rounds of chemo. Currently she's on Olaparib/Lynparza (she's been taking it for 9 months) .
Earlier this month she had a PET scan and today we got the results - she's clear! Her CA125 are down to 9 (they were around 4000 when she was firstly diagnosed).
I wanted to share the good news with you, as I've always found comfort in your posts.
I wish you well!

Thank you for sharing your good news. You and your mom have much to celebrate this Mother’s Day. May you celebrate many more with your mother. Best wishes from Louisiana,
Morning Uniquem, best news I’ve heard today. I’m at stage IV and currently receiving what could be my last chance chemotherapy. I’ve been refused Olaparib because I’ve already tried Rucaparib which didn’t work. It’s wonderful to hear how well your mum is doing. I hope she continues to stay clear for many years to come. My love to you both.
Thank you for happy news . Your mum so young so even better. My story is similar to hers ,except liver involvement too extensive for surgery . Still wonder about that ! And I’m a lot older . Magic Olaparib!!! Jennifer
