My hair regrowth

Hi , just thought I'd show you how much my hair has grown , photo on left 4 1/2 weeks post chemo , photo on right 11 weeks post chemo 😁

( also shaved my face last night, just couldn't take the fuzz anymore, and with returning to work on Sunday I didn't want to look like an ape lol )

Wow! Mine was nothing like as thick at 11 weeks but yours looks great! Take it easy going back to work and pace yourself. I hope you are doing a phased return so that you can gradually increase your hours and not try to do too much too soon.

Take care,

Barbara

Thank you I will , 2 hours a day for 3 weeks , don't return to full time until march 12th !! Still not confident to go without wig yet but hopefully by Jan 30th I will be as I'm off to Rome 😁 Xx

Are you taking anything to help it? Mine is regrowing but not nearly as fast and as it's white it doesn't show as much.

β€’ in reply tocoalole

No , nothing , but my hair has always grown really quickly thankfully, I'm sure yours will get there and I bet your colour is fantastic xx

Gosh that is great growth, my advice would be to make sure you condition your hair when you wash it, Stay away from any of the aussie products they are not as good as they promote. Yes the facial hair is something else but once you get rid of the first flush of it, it goes back to normal. Enjoy Rome it is a beautiful place

Thank you for the tip πŸ‘πŸ» good to know it goes back to normal it was awful , after everything we go though to have that as well was just great lol

Really looking forward to Rome , booked it when I had my diagnosis as something to look forward to, and now its 24 days !! Very excited xx
