My doctor called me with a good news my scan was clear. Im happy but still scared ugh I hate feeling like this and I don't know how to tell myself to enjoy the news .. Good luck for all of you who is waiting for the results .xoxo Suela

I had to wait 3 weeks for my result . So good on the doctor who rang you. Like you the result was good news. No increase in tumours. However i do feel unsettled. I feel am am continually waiting for bad news. I need to enjoy this respite.

Hi Suela, I think we are really all scared, at whichever point we are along the journey. My tactic is to live for the moment, and enjoy myself whenever I can! It takes a bit of practice, but give it a go. The fear can always be lurking, but you don't need to listen to it, all the time. All the best xxx
