What a wonderful weekend I have just had, my spirits have been lifted.

My daughter traveled down from Scotland on Friday, after a nine hour journey they finally arrived and nana got to spend precious time with my prince and princess.

We had lots of emotions yesterday saying goodbye, but I will treasure this weekend and the wonderful memories I have.

What excitement, I bet you were delighted to see them and really appreciate it as it is a long journey for them, it will help you stay focused because I agree these are the things we treasure most, seeing close family and friends and more importantly appreciate the huge effort it took. Lovely photo,made me cry,have just spent a day with my 2 year old Grandson, on my own,spent reading, doing puzzles, drawing and generally laughing about nonsense,oh and I am brain dead from watching C Beebies and Nick Junior,but wouldn't swop it for the world!

Family is what matters and pull you through the dark days,so glad you had an amazing time, treasure it ellseybellsey
