Pains at nottom of my abdomen and burning inside my private part wonder what it would be and bowels wont move probally

Thinking its cancer im so scared so i am my bowels aint moving right they wont fully empty for me and its very sore where i got my c-section done plzs help me ive neem feeling sock too

I seen doctors loads of times and all bloods came back normal but i havw a lump up in my back passage and i i cant go toilet right im so scared im thinking its bowel cancer ive complained loads of times to doctors and in hospitals and they aint taking me serious they said its my c section healing it cant be healing still after 5 months and i cant wait months to get a colonscopy done can anyone help me plzs need to get this sorted this is my life and the doctors said nothing wrong with me i know sometime aint right plzs can someone help me
