Hi Gillian i started my first carbo/ caelyx 3 weeks ago and I must say it completely floored me the acid reflux irriated my food pipe so it was too painful to eat, plus no appetite anyway, I had a prob with my kidney too, plus really bad mouth thrush, and then an infection, which I stayed overnight, on the plus side no skin probs as yet!!! The hospital put me on 2 lots of antibiotics plus omerprazole, which has really helped,So similar reactions as yours as we know everyone reacts differently, I'm due for 2nd lot next week but have to see onc first so not sure what he will advise, good luck with yours vonny
