Today is another birthday and am getting ready to go out for a lovely birthday lunch with my husband. Last birthday was just starting 3rd line chemo. What a difference feel very good and at least 5 years younger than last year. Still battling the dreaded of but feel blessed. Christine x

HAPPY BIRTHDAY and may you have many happy returns. It was so encouraging to read your post. I'm about to start a third line of chemotherapy and hadn't imagined I could feel better by this time next year. You demonstrate that it's possible and have given me hope and inspiration.

Happy healthy year to come ....my birthday yesterday too ! Diagnosed on same date four years ago ! Now find day difficult ....but fab friends came round with armfuls of flowers , lovely pressies from relatives and all unexpected : they all know how mixed I feel about the day ...but it was a smashing day , in the end thanks to all those caring people . Now waiting still for hospital bed , to sort out all my chemo reactions and get on with treatment ! High on steroids , exhausted by same ...but what an you do but soldier on ! Beautiful weather ( in London ) enjoy each day !
