I know the feeling, my daughter is 15 at the beginning of January! I should finish chemo about 3 weeks earlier, so our meal out with her will be delayed by about a week, so I can eat normally!

Jan you dont look old enough . Hi Chris hope you will be feeling better when the time comes . They grow up so fast and spread there wings . My daughter is 17 in feb !! she is going to work abroad next year with a charity in Rwanda !!
Wait until they are 40, and 38 like mine.it really makes you feel old, but I still enjoyed my daughters parties. Won't get one for the twins this week though, one is taking his wife away for her 40th birthday, and the other lives in Los Angeles! Perhaps dad and I ought to celebrate on our own!!!
Happy Birthday to your son Ally. This is such a busy and wonderful period of your life with teenagers beginning to fly the nest. I've always thought of my children that it just gets better and better - so the best is still to come - for us all!
My daughters are now 32 and 29 but then I had some more last year - I married Martin and acquired 3 more daughters aged 32, 33 and 35, and we have 4-year old twin grand-daughters and a grandson just 1 month old. I have a feeling we're going to have quite a few more grand-children in the next few years! I think they're going to keep us busy and amused.!!!
Hope all your daughter's plans for Rwanda are going smoothly. Takes me back to when my oldest daughter did VSO for 18 months. It can be hard letting them go.
