Etoposide with ovary stage 4 side effects

Please share with me what side effects

I suffer a lot of sever pain in my abdominal

I would be interested in these replies. Etoposide is my next poison of choice 4th line for stage 1V. On information leaflet I was given side effects were pretty much same as other chemos. I will be taking it orally.

I've been on Etoposide for a a couple months. Very few side effects.........hair loss, tiredness, some nausea but not bad.

Is your cancer ovary stage 4?

Me ... Due to pain I had in my abdomen .. I been admitted couple of days ...

The doctor told me the possible source of the pain (intestine pain??) is coming from the cancer itself as well as the chemo

Thanks for your reply Lisa Yankee . I'd read the information leaflet and it did sound kinder than some of the others I've been on, it will also give my veins a rest. I'm not bothered about hair loss, it grows back xx
