So I am mad. Its only that I phoned up chasing when my pre op would be that I found this out. He had not even got a surgery that day.
So cross, my surgery is not the 12th as the CN... - My Ovacome
So cross, my surgery is not the 12th as the CNS wrote down for me, its the 19th

That is so wrong, imagine if you had just turned up on the 12th???
Hope all goes well on the 19th and are soon on the mend.

I can understand your frustrations. It's a roller coaster and the build up can be stressful. I wonder if you can plan a few treats for yourself in the spare week .. Just to try to take your mind off things? Love Tina x x
Hi, try not to get too upset about it although it is extremely frustrating, I was the other way round I was cleaning the house & getting things ready the day before I was due to go in for surgery only to be rung by hospital that I should be admitted that day. Turns out they'd sent the letter to an old address where I lived with my parents about 25 years ago, my parents haven't lived there for years & I've been married & divorced since then. I had to laugh after but the panic of getting there that day didn't help my nerves much. Only consolation was I did get it over with quicker & had got past worrying after the rush to get there. Good Luck with OP Suexx
clerical errors happen! I am a control freak so I always check if I have not had a letter! Mind you my CNS is super, very efficient and married to my oncologist! LOL!
Good luck with the op!
Margaret!
How frustrating and annoying. Thank goodness you found out now instead of turning up on 12th!
Hope all goes well.

My surgery was delayed for a month because of a surgeon's greed (chasing his fee, I have PHI) and stupidity. My lawyers are still arguing with his lawyers about it in terms of money. I would far rather have had the surgery.
