WHEN I MADE MY PET SCAN THE TUMOR OF MY PRIMARY PERITONEAL IMPLANT WITH ORIGINE OF CLEAR CELL OVARIAN CANCER AND METASTAS TO THE PERITONEAL AREA WITH A SIZE OF 6.2*4.3 CM
FIRST I SET FOR SIX CYCLE OF CHEMEO AND AFTER MY CT SCAN THE TUMOR REDUCED AND RESPONDED TO CHEMEO SIZE OF 4.4*3.3*4.3 CM
MY DOCTOR SUGGEST TO GO FOR ANOTHER 6 CYCLE OF CHEMEO
AND AFTER THAT I HAD A SECOND CT SCAN AND THE TUMOR SLIGHLTLY REDUCED OF SIZE 3.9*2.8*3.3 CM
NOW MY DOCTOR PREFERED TO GO FOR SURGERY ON THE 23 OF MAY 2013
IN ORDER TO CUT OFF THIS TUMOR.
IM WORRIED ABOUT THIS SURGERY , I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS EXPECTING ME.
HOPE I WILL GET FINE AFTER THIS BIG SURGERY , BECAUSE THE TUMOR IMPLANT IS ADJACENT TO THE SMALL BOWL AND LEFT DESCENDING BOWL .
HEY LADIES PLS NOTE THAT SOON I FEEL GOOD I WILL INFORM YOU ABOUT MY NEWS.
PRAY TO ME , KISS YOU ALL.

I'm sorry you're worried about surgery. It is rather daunting but these people are incredibly skilled and I'm sure all will go well for you. I have been told that surgery is our greatest hope but that no all of us are suitable candidates so it does look as though fortune is smiling on you at the moment.
Do you know the date for your surgery? We'll all be rooting for you and wishing you well.
I will be thinking about you and wishing for a good outcome for you on May 23rd. There is lots of info on the blogs section of this website about preparing for operations, just use the search box at the top of the blogs page.
Of course you are feeling scared , this is completely normal. My tumour was the size of a melon and I also had massive fibroids. I was able to have a shower by myself the morning after the operation and was able to eat and drink normally. It was a big operation but not as bad as I thought it would be. We have all had this operation so if you have any questions we can answer them for you.
Try not to worry - it's best to have an operation to cut out all they can. I'm sure you'll find it nowhere near as hard to get through and to recover afterwards. The fear beforehand is often the worst part. I'll be thinking of you,
Just keep telling yourself things like 'this time next week it will all be over' and on the day of surgery 'this will all be over by tea time'. you get the idea. I did this and it worked for me. The thought of surgery is always the worst part but I can honestly say that I recovered amazingly quickly after my surgery last December and I'm sure you will too.

I hope it goes well. Surgery is a very effective way of dealing with OC. Just think, after it's over the cancer will be gone. Thinking of you. Cx
