You will be sorry to hear of the passing of Brenda Quinlan this week. Brenda recently took part in the video for world ovarian cancer day; a wonderful advocate who was determined to raise awareness. Also another great supporter, Patricia Murphy who attended our Dublin coffee mornings recently passed away. Patricia offered lots of advice and support to our fellow members. We remember them both at this sad time and offer our condolences to their families. Regards Sharon and the Ovacare team

I was so sad to hear of Brenda's passing.A truely inspirational lady with a great sense of humour and an immense love for her family.

Sad to hear of Patricia's passing. Both will be missed .RIP

I had the pleasure of having Brenda on my ward when in hospital recently. We did have some chuckles as we both have a sense of humour. We were across from each other on the ward. Brenda was popular with the staff. Brenda moved to a hospice in the hope of rest and physio. She was determined not to let this horrible disease get to her. Sadly it wasn't to be. Hoping she is now at peace looking down on us all.
