I was diagnosed having Osteoporosis one year ago. Not have medical treatment yet. Just found from internet that melatonin could increase bone density and improve Osteoporosis. Like to ask if any friend here try this treatment.

I held my breath when I first saw your headline for fear I’d have to stop the nightly melatonin. My spine is -3.9 and one hip is -2.7. After reading your link and another discussion among experts on healthcentral.com, I’m thoroughly convinced to continue melatonin for sleep and bones. Thanks so much for posting this info!

That’s great news. I recently started melatonin for insomnia and now it’ll help my bones as well.

All I know is that I used melatonin for years and years, and still developed osteoporosis, in spite of a very active lifestyle.
