New to OP, Hormone for building bones

It was suggested that there is a hormone that helps to build bone. I am not talking about estrogen. Soon I will be 70 and that hormone has an increased risk of cancer.

Is there another hormone for bone density? I have taken the recommended supplements, 1200 mg calcium and D3 along with the recommended diet for 20 years. It appears to be a fail. I have a family history of osteoporosis so have been very proactive to prevent it.

Recently, I added Strontium and K2, wearing ankle weights, and a vibration plate on the way. I have always been very active.

6 months ago adding collagen, magnesium complex, and zinc 2 years ago.
