Collagen supplements

I’d like to start using a collagen powder and I’m looking for suggestions for which brand is most helpful for bones. I’m having my my first appointment today after being diagnosed with severe osteoporosis and until I get bloodwork to see if I have too much or not enough calcium in my blood, I’m holding off on other supplements until I have more information. I have severe Gerd and was on the verge of Barrett’s esophagus so I think my treatment options will be more complicated.

Hi, thanks for your post. Did you know that vitamin C is essential to the formation of collagen? Here's more information about that ... americanbonehealth.org/nutr...

And here's a study that came out earlier this month about how keeping your collagen flexible might be key to avoiding a broken hip: sciencedaily.com/releases/2...

I'll admit we don't have much information on our website about collagen supplements. The forum members have a lot of great advice to share, so I look forward to seeing some replies.
