there,s more to bone health than calcium

bones are not just a pile of calcium there are minerals collagen etc

so taking a calcium pill in hopes it will solve bone loss problems is a bit

simplistic. For a healthy bone you need all vitamins C, D, Calcium

weight workouts usually with a weight vest I like the nykweightvest it is for osteoporosis sufferers not body builders , greens are Great for bones Collagen made from bone broth is very helpful , kefir or yogurts are great so its not just as simple as swallowing a calcium pill each day

in fact doctors now say doing this just popping a big calcium pill each day can actually endanger you by blocking arteries and you can get heart attacks or strokes so stick with the natural things like foods

and exercise that is good for bones!!
